As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the main representative of our restaurant. Your job is to manage everything happening in the dining area and make sure every guest has a great experience. Your leadership will be important for keeping our service and operations running well.

Duties:

Supervise and take care of all the staff who work at the front, making sure they always provide great service.
Train and help the front-of-house team to provide great service and follow the rules for casual dining.
Manage the daily tasks, such as planning staff schedules, supervising the area, and talking to customers.
Make sure to quickly fix any problems that guests have and work on making things right for them.
Put in place and keep up quality checks to ensure good service and keep customers happy.
Work together with the kitchen and bar staff to provide smooth service and a good dining experience.
Handle bookings, guest movement, and table arrangements to make things run smoothly and keep guests happy.
Follow all the rules and health safety guidelines of the restaurant.
Needs:

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar job, especially in nice casual dining places.
Great knowledge of running the front area of a restaurant, which includes managing staff, helping customers, and organizing the dining room.
Good leadership skills that can inspire and teach staff.
Great at talking and getting along with people, able to make strong connections with both coworkers and guests.
Can handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
Careful and good at solving problems.
