Job Description: What the job involves.

Roles and Duties

Create and put into action health, safety, and environmental rules to make sure we follow local, state, and federal laws.
Check for risks and find possible dangers in the workplace.
Teach workers about health, safety, and environment (HSE) rules and how to follow them.
Check and assess health, safety, and environmental performance by conducting audits, inspections, and looking into accidents.
Keep correct records and make reports about health, safety, and environmental performance for management to look at.
Work together with other teams to create and put into action plans for handling emergencies.
Keep informed about HSE rules and the best ways to do things in the industry.
Talk clearly with workers, bosses, and government groups about health, safety, and environmental matters.
Help lead and take part in health and safety meetings and committees.
Build and keep good connections with outside groups, like government agencies and suppliers.

Candidate Profile Wanted

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a similar area.
Professional certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) (like NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO).
At least 5 years of experience in safety and health management in a related field (like oil and gas, manufacturing, or construction).
ADNOC approval means that ADNOC has agreed or given permission for something.
Understanding the health and safety rules at local, state, and national levels.
Good at figuring things out and solving problems.
Great at talking and getting along with others.
Can work alone and also with others.
Careful with details and good at keeping correct records.
Good at speaking English (knowing other languages is a plus).
Willingness to travel when necessary.
