Shift Supervisor

Job Information
Dodo Pizza is looking for a Shift Manager to help run the restaurant, which includes greeting and serving customers.

Only apply if you have experience working at Domino’s, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, KFC, or other big fast-food chains in Dubai.

The Shift Manager’s job includes giving out tasks, answering customers’ questions, and making sure safety rules are followed. If you are great at organizing and managing a team and have worked in the food industry, we want to talk to you.

Duties:

Following the company’s rules carefully.
Make sure the staff follow the rules.
Assign jobs to the restaurant staff and check how well they are doing.
Keep enough food in stock and buy more when needed.
Work with suppliers when they bring food orders.
Make sure the client is happy and deal with any complaints politely.
Report what needs fixing and what training is necessary.

What you need and what you should be good at:

Experience as a Shift Manager or similar position in a restaurant.
A solid understanding of how restaurants work. handling bookings and payments) and good communication skills;
A way of helping customers that can handle problems calmly and politely.
