The chance is specifically in the Audit part of Assurance services. Our custom external audit services help create trust and confidence by being clear, open, and reliable. We have over 79,000 workers in more than 150 countries around the world. Audit services are about checking and reporting how accurately a client’s financial statements show their financial situation, following the rules for financial reporting.
If you have finished university or will finish soon, the EY Graduate Program might be a great opportunity for you. You will join a team and work with interesting clients, and you will get paid for it. We will help you improve your natural talents and learn new skills for your job.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Bachelor’s degree: finished in the last 18 months before applying to the graduate program.
Master’s Programs/Master’s Degree: finished in the last 18 months without any related work experience for over 6 months, or students who began their master’s right after finishing their bachelor’s degree.
Ready to start a full-time job from September 2024 to February 2025.
Only UAE citizens will be considered.

What you can look forward to
Step 1: Submit your application.
If you are sure that you meet the requirements mentioned, please fill out the online application as soon as you can. Make sure to answer every question.

Step 2: Online Tests
After we look at your application, you will get an email from ‘EY Careers’ telling you to take the EY online tests. Tackle online tests like you would any new task. It may be hard, but you can make it.
Step 3: Interview When You Need It
After you finish the tests, you will get an email inviting you to do a recorded video interview. You will need to record yourself answering questions about your behavior. Being yourself is important to get through this part of the job application process.
Step 4: Go to the event.
If you are chosen for the next step, you might be asked to come to a recruitment day or an interview. This is your chance to come to our office, meet our team, and ask any questions about working at EY and what it’s like here.
Step 5: Get It
If you’re a good match for the job, you’ll get an offer to join EY and start your career at one of the best places to work. It’s time to have a party.
