Roles and Duties
Work together with our teams and outside companies to make sure everything runs smoothly with shipping and delivery.
Keep clear and correct records of customer communications and purchases.
Helping customers with their questions and providing support in shipping. This includes helping with orders, tracking packages, and fixing any problems or complaints.
Fixing service problems by listening to and understanding what customers want.
Using phones, emails, or chat to answer customer questions and problems.
Working with the operations team to make sure customers are happy.
Tell your Line Manager right away about any problems or issues that could affect the organization or its clients/customers.
Building a good relationship with all clients and customers, whether in person or over the phone.
Take care of the office every day by planning meetings, keeping files organized, and answering letters and emails.
