Job Specifications Duties and Positions Verify the availability of the teacher and fill any open slots by scheduling training for students who have been halted and waitlisted in accordance with the established standard operating procedure. keeping track of the student requirements and responding to the calls, emails, and tickets received from the call center and other departments. Communication for Classes daily compliance with students, including directing them to the appropriate counters with the necessary paperwork. daily activation of the reserved students, maintaining their training records prepared for delivery to instructors, and providing the students with the pertinent training-related T&C. On the first day of training, providing a brief overview of the procedures to newly scheduled students about their training trip, including extending classes before parking, payments, etc. accepting the pupils’ request to cease filing. managing and helping walk-in clients in accordance with corporate guidelines. in charge of using the trainers in accordance with the guidelines for each course. daily follow-up with the halted students, helping them to complete their payments and begin instruction. Inquiring about and providing a discount plan to students who have been waitlisted or suspended for longer than six months or a year daily removal of training sheets from passed students and submission to the appropriate staff for filing. confirming on a regular basis that the students on the waitlist have received calls within the allotted waiting time. Students’ classes will be rescheduled if the trainer takes an unexpected leave of absence. Periodically updating the remarks column of waitlisted students if not ready to start. Report any updates to the supervisor on the trainers’ demands. If a student is having trouble, the instructor can adjust the course to suit their needs. helping students make reservations for driving center tests based on availability. If students want to switch training locations, they must transfer their documentation from one branch to another. Other duties that the management has delegated. Ideal Candidate Profile A bachelor’s degree is preferred. competent with Office and Microsoft Excel Analytical Skills, Excellent Communications Skills Languages: English, Hindi or Urdu & Arabic
