MAIN GOAL OF THE JOB
To give help with office tasks and technical needs to make sure that daily building activities and projects run smoothly.
MAIN DUTIES
Makes sure the Facilities Operations and Projects team completes their work quickly and on time.
Holds daily meetings with technicians to talk about and keep track of any problems.
Keeps track of all activity reports and maintenance records for facility assets, making sure they are easy to find when needed.
Keeps the business running smoothly by making sure the systems are always available and reliable.
Looks after the daily work of outside contractors who take care of cleaning and maintenance for all flydubai buildings.
Works with different departments to make sure everyone understands and meets the facility needs while keeping good relationships with customers.
Make sure that the maintenance workers follow the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for the equipment they take care of, according to the planned schedule.
Work with the authorities for all activities related to the facility.
Checks and evaluates all flydubai locations to make sure they are safe and follow quality, safety, and cost rules.
Helps check how well vendors are doing their job, if they follow safety rules, and if they provide what they promised.
Keeps and improves the health, safety, and environmental standards at all locations.
Make sure that maintenance for both hard and soft services is done safely, efficiently, and without wasting money. This includes both scheduled upkeep and fixing problems.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Lowest Level of Education
– Bachelor’s Degree (3 years or more)
Education Requirement (if needed)
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
Languages
– Can speak English well.

Work Experience
– At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management as a Supervisor. This includes working directly with Operations Management, managing and training staff, handling Maintenance & Repairs, and ensuring Health & Safety rules are followed.
Knowledge of systems (if needed)
– Know how to use AutoCAD, CAFM, and MS Office.
– Can understand Programmable Logic Control (PLC)

ISR Requirements
