Manage the customer service team to help the company reach its goals and carry out the overall sales and business plan.

Duties
To help the team in the department, set goals together, watch how things are going, and offer the support and training they need to reach their goals and grow fully.

Hire, guide, train, oversee, and evaluate staff performance. Interview candidates and suggest who to hire. Organize and provide the right training for team members.

Teach and train staff on customer service rules and how to use the company’s software.

Plan yearly trips for the team and make sure everything is taken care of before and during the vacation time.

Update the Customer Service Manual whenever new processes or procedures are added, and ensure that the customer service team follows the manual.

Check the Cash Sales Price List every three months to make sure the selling prices match the agreed profit margins. The General Sales Manager needs to approve the final selling price.

Acts as a link between different departments to make sure services run smoothly.

Set priorities with sales and customer service for all orders we get, and schedule a weekly meeting with the production team to plan how to make things.

Manage daily cash collections and bank deposits, as well as credit notes. Make sure to check and align with the finance and accounting departments.

Talk politely with customers using phone calls, emails, letters, and in person.

Look into and fix customer complaints that might be complicated or have been around for a long time, which were given to you by customer service helpers.

Show good customer service skills, even in tough situations.

Take responsibility for customers’ problems and make sure they are solved.

Regular meetings with the Operations team to discuss planning, production, and buying based on what sales and customers need. Help and take part in planning materials.

Each month, meet with the RSMs to review and analyze customer payments and overdue accounts related to orders and regular business. This will help us plan deliveries and any necessary actions.

Help the sales and marketing team customize the CRM system to meet their needs.

Works with the Sales team and credit controllers to fix problems that come up with collecting payments.

Get the data ready, study the numbers, and put together precise reports.

Keep clear records and write down what happens during customer service interactions and talks.

To choose how to share limited supplies based on what is most important.

To share products that have been prepared based on predictions.

Make sure there is enough stock of popular items in all cash sales locations by regularly talking with the cash sales staff.

Own, watch over, and make OTIF better.

Skills needed
At least 5 years. Experience in building work
Good at getting along with others.
Solving problems and making choices.
Understanding how customers place orders.
Understanding of products
Good at using ERP software and MS Office programs.
MS Package
