We want to hire a friendly tele sales executive, whether you have experience or are just starting out, to make and receive phone calls and help meet our sales goals. The tele sales executive’s job involves trying to sell more products to customers, answering phone calls, helping with customer questions, and keeping a clear record of all the calls they make and receive. You should talk to the right departments to fix customer complaints. To do well as a phone sales worker, you need to be convincing and able to handle stress. In the end, a great tele sales worker should be able to follow sales scripts and have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Making phone calls to current and possible customers to convince them to buy the company’s products and services. Writing down the details of what customers buy correctly. Handling all customer orders correctly. Using sales scripts provided by the company to help make sales and deal with customer rejections. Regularly reaching or surpassing daily and monthly goals for the number of calls made and sales achieved.
