Job Description: What You Will Do

Roles and Tasks

Make sure the equipment is ready to use by checking and testing vehicles. Do regular maintenance like checking the engine, changing the oil, rotating and changing tires, balancing wheels, and replacing filters.
Keeps the vehicle working well by listening to problems the driver mentions, inspecting it, fixing engine issues, repairing mechanical and electrical problems, replacing parts, and fixing any damage to the body.
Checks if the vehicle is working well by taking it for a test drive and making adjustments to its controls and systems.
Follows safety laws by checking the engine, safety features, and fire control standards.
Keeps the vehicle looking good by cleaning, washing, and painting it.
Keeps track of vehicle records by noting down services and repairs.
Keeps the shop equipment running by using the instructions, fixing problems, keeping supplies stocked, doing regular maintenance, and asking for repairs when needed.
It includes expenses by using the warranty and looking at service and part choices.
Keeps supplies on hand by checking what is in stock, ordering more when needed, and making sure everything arrives.
Improves job skills by taking part in learning events and reading technical articles.
Achieves goals for upkeep and organization by finishing necessary tasks.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

A diploma in car engineering or a related technical degree.
Practical experience fixing and taking care of vehicles like cars, trucks, and vans.
About 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
