Duties and Positions

Collaborate with the Senior Group to

1. Acquire, examine, and carry out tender and client opportunity needs.

2. Continue to possess an expert level of application and product knowledge

3. Coordinate with suppliers and principles to have the offer ready.

4- Production of quotations for clients in an accurate manner measuring the degrees of risk on a project and submitting the bids to customers, meeting the deadline.

5. Establishing rapport with prospective clients to learn about their needs.

6-Help in putting together purchase orders for suppliers.

7- Coordinate with the Account Team to Prepare Commercial/Performa Invoices, Packing Lists, and Financial Document Reviews (L/C)

8. Work together with logistics firms and forwarders to handle all import and export-related tasks.

9- Keep thorough records in business databases of all opportunities, estimates, projects, contacts, supplier purchase orders, etc.

10. Take a flexible approach to your workload and take on new tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

2. Industrial field experience, preferably with valves, fittings, pipes, and flanges in the oil and gas or petroleum fields

3. Superior proficiency with MS-OFFICE

4. Proficient in both written and spoken formal English.

5. A desire to learn more about sales, logistics, and new goods

6. Prepared to Go (if Needed)
