Jobs and Duties

Create and put into action HR plans that match the overall goals of the business.
Manage the hiring process by writing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and deciding who to hire.
Handle problems between employees, including looking into and solving complaints and concerns.
Create and use systems to manage how employees perform their jobs. This includes doing performance reviews and giving feedback and guidance.
Make sure to follow labor laws and rules, keep employee records organized, and stay informed about the latest employment laws.
Create and provide training for workers and managers on topics related to human resources, such as diversity and inclusion, preventing harassment, and managing performance.
Keep up with what’s happening in the HR field and suggest better ways to do things when necessary.
Help managers and employees with various HR topics, like employee training, career growth, and handling discipline issues.
Create and put in place rules and steps to make sure the workplace is safe and healthy.
Take care of employee benefits programs by looking for and suggesting new benefits and managing the sign-up process and administration.
Watch over and handle the hiring process. This includes looking at resumes, interviewing candidates, and offering jobs.
Make sure to follow labor laws and rules, and create and put into action HR policies and procedures.
Take care of employee relationships, including addressing employee complaints, handling rules violations, and managing job performance.
Help managers and employees with HR questions and rules.
Plan and carry out training sessions to help employees improve their skills and knowledge.
Oversee and take care of employee benefits and pay programs.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar area.
More than 7 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in a management position.
HR certification (like a qualification in Human Resources) It is better if you have SHRM-CP or PHR.
Good understanding of work rules and laws.
Great at talking and getting along with others.
Skill in creating and keeping good relationships with workers at every level of the company.
Good at solving problems and making choices.
Skill to manage private and delicate information carefully.
Skilled in HR software and Microsoft Office programs.
