We are looking for a talented and energetic IT Trainer to join our team. The IT Trainer will create and teach training programs to help employees improve their skills with company’s software and tools like Office 365, HR systems, ERP, CRM, and more, so they can work better and be more productive. We will mainly focus on teaching users how to use Microsoft Teams and other tools like Share Drive and OneDrive. This will help improve communication, teamwork, and file sharing in the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with the IT and HR teams to make sure that the system is tailored to the organization’s needs. They will also make sure that users are trained well and have the tools they need to use these systems effectively.

Main Duties:

Work with experts in different areas (like IT, HR, Finance) to create and improve training materials that meet the needs of the organization. Pay special attention to tools for working together, such as Microsoft Teams, Share-Drive, and OneDrive.
Teach employees how to use Microsoft Teams for better communication, teamwork, and sharing files within the company.
Make interesting training materials, like slideshows, activities, and quizzes, using methods that work well for adults learning.
Provide training in different ways, like in-person classes, online lessons, and practical workshops, and keep all the necessary documents.
Check how well training programs work by using feedback, tests, and performance measurements, along with reports on how the platform is used.
Keep up with new trends and technologies in IT and soft skills to regularly improve training materials.
Keep a complete collection of training materials, resources, and tools.
Work Skills:

Good understanding of IT platforms, especially Office 365, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams, Share Drive, and OneDrive.
Skilled at spotting problems with how IT tools are used and creating specific training to fix these issues.
Skilled at creating lessons that include fun activities and quizzes to help people learn better.
Great communication and teaching skills, able to explain difficult technical ideas in a simple way for different groups of people.
Good presentation skills that can capture people’s attention in various training styles.
Good at managing projects and can handle many training projects at the same time.

Candidate Requirements

Needs:

At least 5 to 8 years of experience as an IT Trainer, mainly teaching technical skills.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or something similar.
Having professional certifications in training or IT fields is very valuable.
Experience in making dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Great skills in analyzing problems, finding solutions, and focusing on getting good results.
Extra Features:

It would be good to have experience in making online learning materials and using modern learning management systems (LMS).
Ability to travel within the UAE, Gulf countries, and around the world for training sessions and to check how well they work.
