The Job:
This is a full-time job for a Private Client Manager. In this job, you will help clients by talking to them clearly and giving advice. Providing excellent customer service and reaching sales goals in the real estate market.
Duties:
Find out what clients want and suggest the right properties for them.
Give great help to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Build and keep good relationships with clients to encourage long-lasting business.
Set up and show properties to people who might want to buy or rent them.
Point out the good things about the property to attract potential clients.
Keep informed about the newest market trends, property prices, and rules in Dubai.
Give clients information about the property market to help them make decisions.
Help buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants talk and agree on deals.
Make sure everyone is happy with the rules of the deal.
Create and use marketing plans to advertise properties.
Use social media, real estate websites, and other online tools to reach out to possible clients.
Complete the sale of properties and lease agreements, making sure all required paperwork is done.
Reach or go beyond sales and rental goals.
Create and keep a list of people you know in the real estate field, such as builders, agents, and lawyers.
Go to industry events, workshops, and seminars to learn more and meet new people.
Help clients after they’ve bought or rented something. This includes assisting them with moving plans or fixing any problems that come up after the sale.
Follow all the rules and guidelines set by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
Make sure all deals follow local real estate laws and rules.
Help clients get loans to buy property.
Handle receiving and paying out money, including deposits and commission fees.
