Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Global Visa Consultant to join our respected team. The perfect person for this job will help clients with complicated visa applications, make sure we follow international rules, and manage a team of consultants.

Main Duties:

Client Meetings: Meet with clients to understand their specific travel needs and give them helpful advice about visa choices.

Regulatory Knowledge: Keep up with changing visa rules worldwide and help the team understand and apply these changes.

Complex Case Management: Manage difficult visa cases, solve problems, and offer solutions to keep clients happy.

Training and Development: Hold training sessions for new consultants to keep everyone updated on the newest visa rules and processes.

Client Relationship Management: Build good relationships with important clients, help with their issues, and make sure they get great service.

Process Improvement: Find ways to make the visa application process better and faster.

Requirements:

Has real experience as a Visa Consultant in the travel and visa field.

Good understanding of worldwide visa rules, what embassies and consulates need, and skill in managing different kinds of visas.

Good at leading and managing a team.

Great skills in talking, negotiating, and solving problems.

Job Type: Full-time means you will work all the hours needed for a regular job.

Salary: 3,000 to 4,000 AED each month.

Experience:

Global Visa: 2 years (Preferred) means that having two years of experience with a global visa is preferred.
