MAIN DUTIES:

1. Talk to customers: Listen to what clients like, how much they want to spend, and any special needs they have to make custom vacation packages just for them.

2 Know About Travel: Keep up with the latest travel trends, new places to visit, and vacation deals, and give helpful advice to customers.

3 Trip Planning: Make detailed travel plans that include places to stay, how to get around, and things to do, making sure they match what the customer likes.

4 Booking and Reservations: Take care of booking flights, reserving hotels, renting cars, and making other travel plans, making sure everything is correct and done quickly.

5 Budget Management: Help customers find affordable travel choices that fit their budget while making the most of their holiday experience.

6 Travel Papers: Make sure clients have the right travel papers, like passports, visas, and travel insurance. Help them understand how to get these papers.

7 Customer Service: Offer great help to customers by answering questions, fixing problems, and supporting them before, during, and after their trip.

8 Deals and Discounts: Keep up with any special deals or discounts from travel companies and suggest them to your clients when they fit.

9 Cross-Selling: Offer extra services like travel insurance or trips to make the customer’s vacation better.

8 Feedback and Improvement: Get input from clients to keep making our services better and stay aware of what they want.

Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time means you work all the time.

Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 each month.
