Jobs and Duties

Keep track of and handle payment and billing information for outside service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
Managing small amounts of cash and keeping the related records up to date.
Monthly check of bills we need to pay.
Preparing bank statements every month to check for any differences.
Entering journal entries into the accounting system.
Checking some supplier bills to make sure we are getting back the right amount of VAT.
Help prepare monthly reports.
Do other tax or accounting tasks as asked by your supervisor or manager now and then.
Candidate Profile We’re Looking For

Schooling History

Business graduate.

Technical Skills or Certification

Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.

Work Experience Linked to This Job

At least 3 years of past work experience in similar jobs.
