Main jobs

Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as directed by the Electrical Supervisor. This involves testing the electronic parts of cranes with standard testing tools, looking at the results to check how they are working, and deciding if adjustments are needed.

Does regular upkeep and checks on cranes and their systems.
Finds and fixes problems with cranes, working with manufacturers and field representatives to get new parts when needed.
Offers help and advice for user applications and engineering related to new and existing cranes, focusing on installation, upgrades, and improvements.
In charge of keeping work in the port and workshops safe and effective.
Offers maintenance and repair for cranes used at the port, including ship-to-shore cranes, rubber-tired gantry cranes, rail-mounted gantry cranes, and related equipment.
Candidate Profile Needed

Schooling Information

High school diploma or something similar.

Technical Skill / Certificate

It would be better to check for electrical problems in-house rather than outsourcing.

Previous Work Experience

At least 3 years.

More Skills

• Understands machines and tools well.
