We need a Host or Hostess to join our team and greet our guests when they arrive.
The hostess’s job is to welcome guests, tell them how long they will wait, and show them to their seats at the dining and bar areas. For this job, you need to be good at organizing and working with people so that our guests have a great time dining with us from when they arrive until they leave. You should also be ready to work at different times.
In the end, you will help make sure our customers get great service and enjoy their meals.

Welcome everyone to the place.
Give correct wait times and keep track of waiting lists.
Handle Bookings
Show customers to their assigned tables.
Give out menus and say the names of the waiter or waitress.
Say goodbye to customers when they leave.
Talk to the wait staff about where people can sit.
Keep the reception area clean.
Take care of guests who need more help or special attention. children, older people
Pick up incoming calls and help customers with their questions.

Past job experience as a Hostess or Waitress
Knowing the proper behavior in a restaurant.
Experience in handling bookings.
Proven ability to help customers well.
