Job Summary:

We are looking for over 100 experienced Telesales Executives who have a good history of working in tele-sales, especially in the i-gaming or online entertainment fields. We are looking for people who can speak Telegu, Kannada, and Hindi well. The job mainly involves talking to clients to get them to join our gaming website, sharing new deals, explaining how things work, and helping our customers all the time.

Main Duties:

Client Onboarding: Connect with potential clients, learn what they need, and give them clear information about our gaming website.

Sales Pitch: Clearly explain and present new deals, discounts, and packages to possible clients.

Process Explanation: Clearly explain to clients how to register, make payments, and use the service, so they have an easy experience.

Client Support: Quickly and politely help clients with their questions or problems.

Keep Records: Write down all conversations with clients, their feedback, and sales information in the CRM system.

Reach Sales Goals: Hit and go beyond the sales goals set for each month and quarter.

Stay Informed: Keep up with the newest features, deals, and updates on the gaming website so you can give the right information to customers.

Work together with the marketing and customer support teams to create a consistent way to connect with and keep customers.

What you need to have and do:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of working in telesales, ideally in gaming or online entertainment.

Language Skills: You must be fluent in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. You must know Hindi well.

Communication Skills: Very good at speaking and writing in all the required languages.

Sales Skills: Good at convincing people and making deals, with a track record of successfully finishing sales.

Customer-focused: A strong desire to understand what customers want and make sure they are happy.

Good with technology: Knowing how to use CRM software and other sales tools is a benefit.

Team Player: Can work well with others in a group setting.

Adaptability: The ability to adjust to new situations and business needs.

Candidates should be in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time means you will work regularly, usually around 40 hours a week.

Salary: 2,300 – 2,500 AED per month.
