Say hello and welcome guests as soon as they get to the office.
Show visitors where to go and who to talk to.
Pick up, answer, and pass on phone calls.
Make sure the reception area is clean and looks good, with all the needed supplies and materials. pens, papers, and pamphlets
Give clear and correct information in person and through phone or email.
Get the mail and packages every day, organize them, and hand them out.
Keep the office safe by following safety rules and managing who comes in through the reception desk (check the logbook and give out visitor badges).
Order office supplies and keep track of them.
Change the dates on calendars and plan meetings.
Plan trips and book places to stay, and get the vouchers ready.
Keep track of office spending and costs.
Do other office tasks like sorting papers, making copies, typing documents, and sending faxes.
Help the HR and Admin Team with all their tasks.
Help the PRO with paperwork.
Need:

Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front Office Worker, or a similar job.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs.
Practical experience using office tools (like printers, computers, etc. ) fax machines and printers
Having a good attitude and looking neat and tidy at work.
Good at writing and talking clearly.
Being good at solving problems and taking action when challenges come up.
Great ability to keep things organized.
The ability to do many things at once and manage your time well, along with knowing how to focus on what’s most important.
Customer service attitude means having a friendly and helpful mindset when dealing with customers.
Job Type: Full-time and lasting

Salary: 5,000 to 6,000 AED each month

Learning:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
