Job Title: Front Desk Worker
Place: UAE
Job Type: Full Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 1500 AED to 5000 AED
Client Summary
We have many clients in the UAE looking for receptionists to work in their companies. The clients come from different fields like Real Estate, Healthcare, Media, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, and IT.
Job Summary
The right person will help the operations team. This job will include talking directly with customers and workers, as well as helping with the daily tasks of the office.
Tasks:
Customer Management: Handling and taking care of customers.
Say hi and welcome customers as soon as they get here.
Guide visitors to the right person and office.
Pick up, talk to, and send phone calls to the right person.
Give simple and correct information in person and over the phone or email.
Help with office tasks.
Supervising office helpers, drivers, and receptionists.
Take care of new employees starting or leaving, give out or take back security passes and access to the office as needed.
Handle where people sit, where things are stored, and where cars can park.
Watch over delivery people and mail.
Candidate Profile Wanted
Great speaking and writing skills in English.
Knowing Arabic is helpful.
Familiar with using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good at staying organized and doing multiple things at once.
Can work alone and with a group.
