Job Duties:

Make and Set Up Visual Displays: Create attractive and inspirational displays for showrooms, stores, and events that show the newest styles in window coverings and home decoration.
Product Display: Show curtains, blinds, and other items in a way that attracts customers and boosts sales, whether in the store or online.
Store Layout Planning: Help design and organize store layouts to improve how customers move around and make their shopping experience better.
Styling & Staging: Work with photographers to arrange and decorate products for advertisements, websites, and social media.
Trend Analysis: Keep up with the newest styles in interior design, especially for curtains and window treatments, and use these ideas in your display strategies.
Work together with the marketing, sales, and design teams to make sure the displays match the advertising and new product releases.
Display Materials: Choose the right materials, colors, fabrics, and props to make products look good and match the company’s brand.
Seasonal Themes: Create displays for different seasons and special occasions to show what’s popular and for sales and holidays.
Needs:

Experience as a Visual Merchandiser, especially in home goods or interior design, is preferred.
A good collection of past work showing visual merchandising projects, especially with curtains, blinds, or similar home decoration items.
A keen eye for details, creativity, and the skill to turn trends into attractive visuals.
Understanding how colors work together, how fabrics hang and flow, and how to make the best use of space.
Can work on my own with little help and produce great work even when time is short.
Great at talking and working with different teams.
You need to know the UAE market well.
Willingness to travel in the UAE for showroom visits when needed.
