MEMU Operator

Job Description Summary
We are looking for a qualified MEMU Operator who has at least 5 years of experience to run the Mobile Explosives Manufacturing Unit (MEMU) at client locations. The job includes making large amounts of explosives, fixing equipment, following safety rules, and working with staff on site to offer great service.

Main Duties:

Use MEMU vehicles and equipment to make explosives on the location.
Help in putting explosives into holes that have already been drilled.
Do regular maintenance and let someone know if there are any mechanical problems.
Perform safety checks to make sure we follow all rules about explosives.
Keep detailed records of production work and safety checks.
Teach team members how to operate MEMU and follow safety rules.
Requirements:

High school diploma or something similar (preferred if you have technical or job training).
Experience with MEMUs or in the explosives field is preferred.
A valid heavy vehicle driver’s license (from India or the Gulf Cooperation Council).
Certification for handling explosives (if needed).
Skills:

Good at working with machines and always thinking about safety.
Great at talking and working with others.
Can work in tough and faraway places.
Physical Needs:

Able to lift heavy things and work in different types of weather.
