Job Description: What You Will Do
Always being friendly, understanding, and professional with customers.
Replying quickly to customer questions.
Talking to customers in different ways.
Understanding and fixing customer problems.
Keeping track of what customers say and do, including their comments and problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 each month.
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) means it’s better if you have a year of experience in helping customers.
