Be the first person patients see when they arrive, making sure they feel welcome and that we provide excellent skin care.
Plan and handle patient appointments effectively using special software to make the clinic run smoothly and reduce waiting times.
Gather and check patients’ insurance details, help with questions about coverage, and make sure billing goes smoothly.
Teach patients about skin treatments and procedures, making sure to explain things clearly so they feel more comfortable and understand better.
Keep correct patient records, follow HIPAA rules, and make it easier for healthcare providers to communicate.
Work with medical staff to get ready for patient visits by collecting important medical histories and test results.
Help patients with their questions and problems kindly and professionally, quickly fixing issues to make them happier.
Help with marketing plans by promoting skin care services on social media and in the community to attract more patients.
Keep the reception area clean and organized to make it a nice place for patients.
Keep up with the latest in skin care by learning new terms and taking regular training so we can help all our patients better.
