Help customers by recommending and selling catering services and online products to build strong relationships and make sure they have good experiences.
Help with catering questions and check online orders. Work with the stores and customers, and keep the order status updated in the system.
In charge of making sure customer bills are correct and handling payments if needed.
Help customers in person at the store when needed, based on what the department requires.
Send customer order plans to the right stores. Finish and send the catering and web order sales reports on time as needed.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the food and drink industry.
Have experience in customer service, especially in food service.
Experience in events or catering is helpful.
Job Type: Full-time means this job requires you to work all the time.
