An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Relation Executives to join the Food and Beverage Services team in Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Your key responsibilities will include:

•   Ensures that all activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah International Quality Management System.
•   Maintains working knowledge and always follows all departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
•   Maintains a full awareness of restaurant layout and table plans to maximize potential covers and sittings.
•   Promptly and professionally greets and escort the guest to their allocated tables.
•   Maintains an effective reservation system to maximize the potential number of covers and to meet customers required needs.
•   Actively monitors customer satisfaction upon guest departure and reports any problems to supervisor/ manager.
•   Builds relationships with first-time and regular customers through guest recognition and professionalism.
•   Actively check all the guest enquires and follow up on proposal sent.
•   Provides service colleagues with information that assists in exceeding expectations, predominately special needs and name of guests.
•   Assists service colleagues with table and/ or counter service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
•   Assists service colleagues to provide table and/ or counter service of all menu items.
•   Develops and updates food and beverage knowledge required to carry out duties.
•   Provides advice on food and beverages to guests.
•   Keep the hostess desk well equipped and all the menus needs to neat and clean.

About you:

1-2 years’ experience in Guest’s service-related work in a 5-star hotel in Fine dining /Destination Dining.
Proficient in English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros.
Additional language would be an advantage.
Knowledge of LQA / Forbes standards is preferred.
