Make and handle posts (like videos, pictures, and graphics) for social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
Create and run social media campaigns that match the company’s marketing goals.
Keep an eye on social media for trends in the industry, how people are interacting, and how well the content is performing. Use this data to make smart changes that improve results.
Work with the marketing team to come up with plans to increase the company’s visibility on social media.
Answer messages, comments, and questions on social media quickly and politely.
Monitor social media numbers and update management on how things are going regularly.
Keep up with the newest social media news, tools, and tips.
