Make sure we understand what the customers want, write it down, and take care of it as they expect.
Make sure to give tasks to the drivers on time so they can work well together.
Make the most money and use resources efficiently to be profitable.
Make sure to take care of our vehicles by using a proper checklist and keeping a record in a logbook.
Make sure everyone understands and follows the QHSE rules and the laws of the country.
Take part in activities to grow the business, build good relationships with customers, manage important accounts, improve operations, and ensure customers are happy.
Make sure to keep track of jobs from the time they’re accepted until they’re finished, and also ensure that all documents about shipping are organized in the job folders.
Working together with different people in the division and suppliers to meet customer needs and to make sure job folders are submitted on time for billing and completion.
Cover for staff who are on leave and take on tasks given by your bosses.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar area.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a related job.
Good skills in using software for managing logistics and supply chains (like ERP systems).
Great at figuring things out, solving problems, and keeping things organized.
Can handle stress and do many tasks at the same time.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage information and data safely and privately.
