Job Summary
As finance intern your responsibilities will include a range of tasks related to assist with developing financial models, forecast and budget analysis, ad hoc operational efficiency reporting and consolidation of finance data. You will also assist and actively work with the resorts to ensure reporting process are adhered too and timelines are met. You will work under the direction of the Manager, FP&A
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support implementation of the financial planning processes and models
Aggregate and consolidate financial results from all the resorts to create comprehensive global financial reports
Provide insightful analysis and explanations for variations in performance across resorts.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each resort, ensuring consistency and alignment with global performance metrics
Assist with financial modelling and enhancing the reporting structure
Support with new projects, including procurement optimization and cost accounting analytical dashboards
Deep dive into big data, assist with data structuring and ensure procurement optimization
Assist the procurement team with data consolidation and reporting
Support with the management of Information Systems ensuring accuracy of the data integrated.
Ensure resorts adhere to reporting timeless and assist with data consolidation
Support MIS team during month end activities
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
To have excellent numeric, literacy and keyboard skills, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (essential)
Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
Willingness to learn, professionalism and good problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
Recent graduate or current student, ideally pursuing Bachelors / master’s in international hospitality management
