We are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Vape and Tobacco shop. As a Retail Sales Associate, your job will be to help customers, sell products, and reach sales goals. We give you the chance to earn more money based on how well you sell.
Duties:
Welcome and help customers in a friendly and professional way.
Help customers learn about our products and services, and encourage them to explore what we offer.
Pay close attention to what customers want and suggest the right products for them.
Handle sales transactions correctly and quickly.
Reach or surpass your personal sales goals and help the team achieve its objectives.
Create and keep good relationships with customers by checking in with them and helping them after their purchase.
Keep up with news about your industry, product details, and what your competitors are doing.
Keep the store tidy, neat, and good-looking.
Needs:
It’s better if you have worked in retail sales or customer service before.
