Roles & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfilment and a safe working environment. They also ensure to manage excellent warehouse operations while being compliant with local rules and regulations.

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or inventory.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse activities.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.
Foster a positive and productive work culture within the warehouse team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a warehouse manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records.
Proficiency in English (additional language skills may be preferred in certain regions).
