We are looking for a hardworking and careful HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Assistant will help the HR department with different tasks. This includes hiring new employees, helping them get started, keeping track of employee records, and assisting with payroll and benefits.
Main Duties:
Help with everyday HR tasks and office work.
Help with hiring by posting jobs, checking resumes, arranging interviews, and working with candidates.
Assist with bringing new employees on board by getting paperwork ready and organizing orientation meetings.
Keep employee files organized, both paper and digital, and make sure the information is correct and private.
Answer employees’ questions about HR rules, processes, and benefits.
Help plan activities and events for employees to get involved.
Help with writing HR documents like job offer letters, employment contracts, and notices.
Make sure to follow labor laws and company rules.
Other jobs given by the HR Manager.
Needs:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar area is preferred but not required.
Having past experience in HR or admin jobs in the UAE is helpful.
It is preferred if you are good at using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (like HRIS).
Good at keeping things organized and handling many tasks at the same time.
Very good at writing and speaking.
A strong need to keep information private and secret.
Paying close attention to details and being willing to take action.
