In this job, you will be in charge of selling Motorola smartphones and accessories in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. You will work under the Mobile Business Group Sales Director, who is located in Dubai, UAE.

 

Here are your specific duties:

Handle the connections between country distributors and Motorola’s retail business partners.
Reach sales goals for the channel, including total money made, amount sold, and where products are available.
Create and implement the business plan, taking full responsibility for the entire sales and retail process.
Set and check important goals to make sure Motorola reaches its business growth targets.
Guide and coordinate the sales team (like area managers and brand ambassadors) to help the business grow and do everything perfectly.
Collaborate with different teams like sales, product, logistics, sales operations, and marketing to create a plan for launching products. This includes understanding local needs and focusing on important global goals.

What You Need for This Job:

At least 10 years of experience in managing sales in the smartphone technology industry, with experience in selling a lot of products and a successful history of managing sales of high-tech products in retail stores.
Being able to speak and understand English for work.
Has a solid history of increasing sales, profits, and market presence in a busy tech company.
Experience in managing oneself, working in teams, and handling time in a complicated setting.
Be creative and good at finding, growing, and putting into action new business ideas.
