Jobs and Duties
Work together with marketing teams to create successful advertisements that attract attention and bring in potential buyers for properties that are not yet built.
Plan and run events, open houses, and property tours to show new developments to potential buyers.
Keep up with changes in your industry, what competitors are doing, and new rules so you can make smart decisions.
Create and give interesting sales talks and proposals that show the special benefits of projects that aren’t finished yet.
Use CRM tools to monitor sales actions, handle potential customers, and predict sales results correctly.
Manage the whole sales process, from finding potential customers to finalizing the sale, making sure customers have a smooth experience.
Do research to understand your audience and adjust your sales approach to fit their needs.
Make and keep good connections with property builders and investors, looking for new ways to work together and create business opportunities.
Guide and support a strong sales team by giving them coaching, training, and feedback to help them succeed.
Create and carry out sales plans for properties that are not yet built, making sure they match current market trends and the company’s objectives.
Candidate Profile Wanted
You need a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar area. Having an MBA is a good extra qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in managing sales, especially in selling properties that are not finished yet or in property development.
Good knowledge of financial models and investment evaluations for real estate.
Being good at speaking English and knowing other languages, especially Arabic, is very important.
Great negotiation skills, with a history of successfully completing important deals in tough markets.
Skilled in using CRM programs and sales tracking tools to monitor results and improve operations.
The ability to guide a group, encourage teamwork, and work together to reach shared goals.
Good people skills that help in talking and working well with different clients and partners.
I am motivated and focused on getting good results, and I really enjoy doing well in sales.
Understanding local real estate market trends and rules to offer helpful advice to clients.
