Business Leader – UAE / GCC
Place: Dubai

Will be in charge of creating and leading the business plan, running the operations, and building the company’s presence in this new area. This leadership position will concentrate on increasing the company’s presence and making sure that business plans are carried out successfully to reach growth and profit goals. The headquarters team in India will help.
Main Duties:

Planning and Getting Things Done.
Create and carry out a detailed plan for the business in the area.
Find chances in the market and create plans to take advantage of them.
Set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) that match the company’s objectives.
Sales:
Do research to learn about local trends, what customers want, and what competitors are doing.
Build good relationships with important people, like customers, partners, and government groups, to reach sales goals.
Boost sales and marketing to reach money goals.
Create a network of resellers and partnerships to increase sales.
Operations Management: This is the process of making a business run smoothly. It involves planning, organizing, and controlling various activities to make sure everything operates efficiently and effectively.
Set up and run local operations, which include getting the office ready, obtaining licenses, and handling administration tasks.
Make sure to follow local laws and rules.
Money Management:
Create and oversee the budget for the area, making sure financial goals are achieved.
Keep an eye on how well the money is doing and make changes if needed.
Make regular reports about how the business is doing for the top managers.
Partner and Vendor Network: A group of businesses and suppliers working together.
Find partners and suppliers to help with support services.
Talk to others to make deals that are good for the company.
Qualifications: n Requirements:

You need a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or something similar. An MBA is preferred.
You need to have at least 7-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management job. You should also have a successful history in growing businesses and operations.
Good knowledge of the UAE and GCC market and business world.
Great skills in leading, talking to others, and getting along with people.

Experience in handling money management.
Ready to travel often within the area and to other countries when needed.

Salary: 8,000 to 17,000 AED each month.
