We need someone to help our customers by listening to their questions and giving them the support they need.
Here are some of the jobs, duties, and skills needed:
You must know how to speak Hindi/Urdu and English (knowing Arabic is a bonus).
Great skills in talking and writing.
Answer calls in a friendly, professional, and speedy way.
Pick up calls and check messages, help customers with their questions, and provide the information they need.
Check back on customer questions that aren’t answered right away.
Go the extra step to connect with and assist customers.
You need to have worked in a call center before for customer service.
Preferred skills: 3CX, Zendesk, FreshDesk, Bitrix24
This job is not like regular telemarketing where you have to find new customers or meet monthly goals. It’s a customer support role where you’ll help customers and solve their problems.
