Receiving

“Get, check, and note down local and international products that are shipped. ”

“Every day, I handle all orders and returns from online stores and the sales team, making sure everything is processed within 24 hours of getting them. ”

» Check that the received order matches the purchase order and make sure the shipment meets the stated requirements.

Talk clearly with the shipping companies and the customs agencies. Take care of documents, keep track of shipping information, and manage a list of bills.

Warehouse management means organizing and overseeing everything in a storage building where goods are kept.

Keep the products in the warehouse organized so that you can easily find and access them when needed, and arrange them in order.

Make sure everyone knows what items are in stock and how orders are coming in, so the team can help on time.

Do a stock check every month, share the results with your boss, and work with the Inventory Coordinator for the audit.

Handle transfers in and out, and keep a precise record of them for review.

Get all the materials ready for the production team before they start the production process.
