A fancy 4-star hotel focused on giving great service and making your stay memorable. We are looking for an enthusiastic and careful Reservation Agent to join our lively team.
**Main Duties:**
**Guest Relations:** Answer phone calls, emails, and messages about bookings, questions, and special needs with a friendly and professional attitude.
**Booking Management:** Make reservations correctly, making sure all the details are entered accurately in the hotel’s system.
**Customer Service:** Help guests by answering their questions and taking care of their needs quickly and well.
**Upselling:** Encourage guests to use more hotel services and facilities to improve their stay and increase profits.
**Collaboration:** Work together with the Front Desk, Sales, and Marketing teams to manage room availability and special offers.
**Reporting:** Keep clear records of bookings and cancellations and give reports when needed.
**Problem-Solving:** Deal with any problems or complaints about reservations calmly and find helpful solutions.
**Requirements:**
It’s good if you have worked in hotel reservations or at the front desk before.
**Required:** Good knowledge of Opera.
Good at talking and writing.
Great at keeping things organized and noticing small details.
Can work quickly and handle many tasks at the same time.
A work schedule that can change, including weekends and holidays.
