Job Title: Helper to the Chief Operating Officer
Place: Dubai
In this job, you will provide special secretarial help just for the Founder/COO of the company, taking care of a wide range of tasks. Your main job will be carefully checking reports to make sure they are accurate and correct.
Duties:
Work together with different departments (like reservations, guest relations, administration, property services, and finance) about problems with guests, issues with the property, and how things are running.
Check the bookings, payments, and transactions from the reservations department to make sure everything is correct.
Make sure to approve security deposit refunds accurately in financial dealings.
Look over and check the company’s spending and financial reports to make sure they match the owner’s report.
Sort and arrange digital and paper documents so they are easy to find and get.
Desired Profile: This is what we are looking for:
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Good at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
At least two years of working in the UAE in an admin job where you reported directly to top management.
Great at writing and speaking clearly.
Good at managing time and handling several tasks at the same time.
Ability to adjust to changes and problems in a quick environment.
Can keep important company information private.
