The Technical Coordinator manages the technical side of making paint. They make sure the processes are efficient, the quality is good, and safety rules are followed. They act as an important link between production, quality control, research and development, and management.
– Organize daily production tasks to make them work better.
– Make sure the product is good quality and fix any technical problems.
– Help the production team with technical problems and support them in fixing issues.
• Keep correct production records and required documents.
– Guide ongoing projects to make things better and improve safety.
– Teach and guide staff on how to follow technical steps and safety rules.
Who We’re Looking For
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar subject.
• Experience: 3-5 years in making paint or a similar field.
– Skills: Good at solving technical problems, managing quality, and leading others. Skilled in using production management software.
