Roles and Responsibilities

Moves tools, materials, equipment, and spare parts to and from different places on the site.
Helping the fitters, welders, technicians, and other skilled workers whenever needed.
Other duties given by the foreman when needed.
Cleaning the machines and equipment needed to do the job.
Following the company’s safety and environmental rules.
Can work with scaffolding, overboard scaffolding, and in tight spaces while following all safety rules and precautions based on the risk assessment and permit to work.
Lifts and moves light tools and materials. Skills
Get orders ready for delivery or pickup on time.
Finish the tasks given by the warehouse supervisor as needed.
Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
Get materials from the supplier, help count them, and store them in the right place.
Report any differences found when receiving materials.
Store materials in their correct places.
Keep your work area clean and safe, and make the best use of the available space.
Encourage a safe health and safety culture among workers.
Identify safety hazards and assess risks, as well as study environmental effects, to make health, safety, and environmental practices better in their work areas.
Help to reach QHSE goals and keep improving the IMS management system.
Make sure incidents, near misses, and serious injuries are reported and investigated quickly.
Make sure to complete all tasks according to HSEQ rules.
Takes part in emergency response programs.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

High school diploma or GED, and/or 12 months of experience and/or training.
Physical strength and the ability to lift or move heavy things.
Having experience in a machine shop and using an overhead crane will be helpful.
The ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions about work and safety.
