MOHAMED AL NAHDI PROPERTIES is looking for a hardworking and energetic Real Estate Agent to be part of our team. The chosen person will help clients with buying, selling, and renting homes. The perfect person for this job should be good at talking to people, know a lot about the local real estate market, and be dedicated to giving great customer service.
Main Duties:
Client Management: Create and keep good relationships with clients to know what they want for their property.
Property Listings: Make and take care of property listings, making sure the information is correct and current.
Market Analysis: Do research to find out the prices and trends in the competition.
Property Showings: Set up and lead tours of properties for people who might want to buy or rent them.
Help buyers and sellers talk to each other to make agreements that are good for both sides.
Documentation: Create and check important papers, like purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
Marketing: Create and apply plans to advertise properties using different methods, like online listings, social media, and open houses.
Customer Service: Give great customer support during the whole real estate process, quickly answering any questions and concerns from clients.
Compliance: Make sure all real estate deals follow local, state, and national laws and rules.
Networking: Connect with people in the real estate field, like mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.
Requirements:
Experience: It is better if you have worked in real estate sales or a similar job before.
Skills:
Good at talking and getting along with others.
Great skills in talking things out and fixing problems.
Skilled at using real estate programs and websites.
Understanding the local housing market and what is happening right now.
Can work alone and use time well.
