The company has a new plan, and we have an exciting job opening for a Qualitative Researcher in our Consumer and Marketing Intelligence team in the UAE. This person will focus on the APP region.
You will be working with top consumer goods companies and stores to put our ‘customer experience’ plan into action.
We are looking for a self-driven researcher who can work well alone and with a team on local, regional, and global projects. This job lets you work in different areas and industries, dealing with various business problems. You’ll have the freedom to use your own ideas and skills to create and carry out Qualitative research projects.
You will look at the brand, customer experience, and shopping to understand the consumer completely, focusing on data analysis.
Duties
Work on problem-solving analyses, provide useful insights, and create clear presentations that tell a story to clients, giving them helpful and practical advice.
Provide three important parts of useful insights for KPIs: (1) how good the data is, (2) how good the analysis is, and (3) how good the delivery is (including. making reports and showing information.
Create good connections with clients by understanding their needs and providing helpful advice.
Help bring in new ideas and use new methods and technology in qualitative research.
Requirements
Have at least 8-10 years of main work experience in Qualitative Market Research.
A degree in fields like sociology, anthropology, psychology, communications, or business is preferred.
Varied hands-on experience in different ways of doing qualitative research, like leading discussions, running focus groups, studying people in their own environments, having detailed interviews with experts, and using creative techniques.
Good research skills and experience, with the ability to combine both numbers and descriptions in research.
Driven by results; positive; enjoys change and making an impact.
Having experience on both the agency side and client side, along with skills in UI/UX, will be really helpful.
