About This Job

The NielsenIQ Small and Medium Business (SMB) division provides low-cost and easy access to NIQ’s information and insights. This helps our clients see the whole market, understand their customers, and learn about their competitors. Our SMB solutions are made for business owners. They give clients easy access to important data. With just a small investment, clients can find new ways to grow their businesses quickly. They get clear information that helps them make smart decisions and see a fast return on their investments.

For 100 years, well-known brands and stores have relied on NIQ to provide the most accurate and clear data, along with top analysis to help businesses grow. It’s not just about the information we collect; it’s about how you’ll help your clients improve using advanced tools, technology, and knowledge.

Duties:

Keep learning and become an expert in the industry and NielsenIQ solutions.
Quickly answer and evaluate incoming questions to see if potential customers are ready to buy before putting them in touch with the sales team.
Reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, social media, and trade shows. Your goal is to find and connect with key people in those companies to arrange meetings and generate leads that are ready for sales.
Keep accurate records in the CRM system for all activities related to leads and potential customers by always following the set lead management procedures and deadlines.
Connect with the sales team to help guide potential customers and make sure the leads are good enough to turn into sales and revenue.
Help the sales team keep track of leads and manage their progress.
Help the sales team with money-related tasks before and after a sale.
Check in with clients to make sure they pay on time.

Requirements
College diploma
It’s good to have experience working on a sales team that focuses on helping customers and is growing quickly.
It’s good to have experience with tools like Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics 365 (CRM), Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You should also be able to quickly learn new technologies.
Good people skills that allow me to work well with different types of people to achieve goals while keeping strong relationships.
You need to be someone who takes initiative and is eager to learn, improve skills, and advance your career.
Advanced English (preferably bilingual in English and Arabic).
