Job Duties:
– Handle all the check-in and check-out activities.
– Handle bookings made online and over the phone.
Check in guests by gathering the required information.
Greet guests when they arrive and show them to their rooms.
– Give details about our hotel, the rooms we have, prices, and services.
– Address clients’ complaints quickly and in a polite way.
Talk to our housekeeping team to make sure all the rooms are clean, organized, and have everything needed for guests.
– Check group bookings and set up special services for VIP customers and event guests, such as people attending weddings.
Offer extra features and services when it makes sense.
Keep track of current bookings and payments.
Things you need and abilities you should have
· 2 years of experience as a hotel front desk worker, receptionist, or similar job.
– Knowledge of using hotel booking software IDS.
– Friendly customer service mindset
– Great at talking and staying organized.
Having a degree in hotel management is a benefit.
Job Type: Full-time means it’s a job that you do all the time, not just part of the time.
