As a Sales Executive for Nirvana Retreat, you would mainly promote and sell the retreat’s services and experiences. You would also build relationships with potential clients and work to reach sales goals. Here’s a simple summary of what the job involves:

Job Duties:

Create and carry out good sales plans to promote and sell the retreat’s services, such as wellness packages, corporate retreats, and special events.
Find and connect with possible clients, such as people, companies, and travel agencies.
Give presentations, hold meetings, and show people around the retreat to highlight what makes it special.
Work with the marketing team to make special ads aimed at the people we want to reach.
Reach sales goals by finding new customers and taking care of current ones.
Go to networking events, conferences, and expos to promote Nirvana Retreat.
Give great customer service, making sure every client has a good experience from the first question to after their visit.
Keep yourself informed about what’s happening in the industry, what competitors are selling, and what customers like.
People looking for fancy getaways and relaxing stays.
Qualifications:

Experience in sales is important, especially in hotels, wellness, or luxury businesses.
Good at talking and negotiating, able to make agreements and create long-lasting connections.
I am driven to succeed and always work hard to reach my sales goals.
Can work alone and with others.
Love for health and taking care of guests.
Skilled in using CRM software and Microsoft Office programs.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar area is preferred.
