Give information to help patients or send them to the right person in the organization or to someone else.
Support the rights and responsibilities of patients and their families, and make sure their information is kept private. Provide them with the information and education they need.
Create and keep a system for customers to share their feedback or complaints and get their issues resolved.
Share all important information with the Floor Supervisor every day.
Help visitors and patients move smoothly and make sure everyone gets great customer service in a welcoming place.
Give patients information about their medical insurance and check it carefully before sending them to the doctor.
Look into problems raised by patients or visitors and take the right steps to address them.
Write down everything you talk about or share with customers.
Take care of tasks related to patients, answer phone calls, manage cash, and do office work according to the schedule.
Do other tasks given by your supervisors.
Follow all safety and health rules, as well as infection control guidelines, and work with hospital management to make sure these rules are met.

It’s best to have a degree in any subject.
You should have at least 1 year of experience working as a receptionist in a place that cares for patients, and it’s helpful if you’ve used a multi-line phone system before. Want to work in a hospital setting.
Skilled in using technology tools like basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
You need to have great people skills, be mature, make good choices, and be able to talk professionally with different kinds of people. It’s also very important to be good on the phone.
Caring, helpful, and understanding towards patients.
Great at staying organized and managing many tasks at once, even when things get tough.
Can work alone with little guidance.
Trustworthy, on time, reliable, and quick to help.
Great at speaking and writing in English; knowing Arabic is helpful but not required.
