Keeps clear notes of conversations or messages with customers.
Handles patient questions, phone calls, cash transactions, and tasks in the office as listed in the work schedule.
Does other tasks given by supervisors.
Follows all safety and health rules and infection control guidelines, working with hospital management to stay in line with these requirements.
Follows the written safety rules and does the assigned tasks.
Knows what to do in emergencies and how to evacuate.

Preferred Education: A degree in any field.
Experience: At least 1 year of working as a receptionist in a place that cares for patients. It’s good if you have used a multi-line phone system before. Desire to work in a hospital setting.
Technology Skills: Good at using technology; knows the basics of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
